Heat Harmony opened in late 2024 just minutes from my home — and it’s quickly become a favorite. With a spacious sauna that reaches 93°C, cold plunges at 4°C, and thoughtful details like lockers and essential oil previews, the experience feels both elevated and welcoming. Beyond the sauna, they’re building real community in Nordvest with weekly runs, buns + coffee, and creative wellness events. A seriously refreshing addition to the neighborhood.

Bellahøj Svømmestadion is one of Copenhagen’s largest swimming centers — a great spot for an affordable, low-impact workout. With both 25m and 50m pools, a sauna, and even a summer outdoor pool with a slide, it’s an easy place to build a swim routine.
