Heat Harmony: Nordvest’s Hottest Wellness Spot

Heat Harmony opened in late 2024 just three minutes from my place — and I couldn’t be happier they did.

The space is such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The sauna is large and well-designed, fitting up to 20 people comfortably, which gives the gusmaster room to really work the heat. And wow — it gets hot. By the final round, the thermometer was hitting 93°C. There are three showers (a game-changer after a sweaty round), and while the pressure isn’t super strong, the water is cold and refreshing.

The cold plunges were slightly warmer than expected on my first visit, but they’ve since installed a cooler and now keep the baths at a crisp 4°C — perfect. Plus, there are two generously sized tubs, so there’s space to plunge without waiting.

I also love the thoughtful touches: lockers that are locked during the session, so you don’t have to worry about your things, and a line-up of the essential oils outside the sauna so you know what you’re getting into. It shows care and intention.

During my “relaxing” sauna session, the gusmaster went with upbeat music, which had me tapping my feet more than melting into the heat — not quite the meditative vibe I was after, but I appreciate that they’re exploring different energies. The scents were nice too, though I wouldn’t mind a little more variety or creativity in the blends.

All in all, it’s an awesome spot, and I’m already planning my next visit.

An important fact about Heat Harmony, and what makes them event more special, is the community they’re building in Nordvest. Weekly Friday runs with 7daysactive end with buns and coffee from Rondo (yes, please!), and they have started to regularly host different types of event, like sound baths, Pilates + sauna events, and even cycling + sauna combos. They’re bringing people together in such a cool way — and it’s exactly what the neighborhood needed.
