Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases made through Nordvest & More, including walking tours, guided events, and other paid experiences.
1. Payment
All payments are made online at the time of booking via the available payment methods (including MobilePay, when enabled).
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
All prices are listed in DKK and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Bookings & Participation
Some events have a limited number of spots and must be booked in advance. Unless otherwise stated, bookings close 12 hours before the event start time.
Tickets are not personal and may be transferred to another person without prior agreement. Please ensure that the person attending has all relevant event details.
Participants are expected to arrive on time at the stated meeting point.
If a participant arrives late, the event may already have started or left the meeting point, and the ticket will not be refunded.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
According to Danish and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities or events with a specific date or time.
Nordvest & More applies the following cancellation policy unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

Cancellation more than 12 hours before the event start time:
→ 50% refund of the ticket price. -
Cancellation less than 12 hours before the event start time:
→ No refund. -
No-shows or late arrivals:
→ No refund.
Special cases
For certain events — for example, walks or experiences where ticket prices are used to pre-order food, pastries, or other items — tickets may be non-refundable at all times, even if the cancellation is made more than 12 hours in advance.
This will always be clearly stated in the event description before purchase.
4. Cancellations by Nordvest & More
If Nordvest & More needs to cancel an event due to illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.
In some cases, an alternative date or event may be offered, but a refund will always be available if the event is cancelled by the organizer.

6. Liability
Participation in walking tours and events is at your own responsibility. Please dress appropriately for weather conditions and inform the organizer in advance if you have any relevant health considerations.
