For my birthday, I finally made it to one of their events: a Korean-inspired dinner by Project.Romantika. From tuna with crunchy barley to cod en croûte and a blackberry BBQ duck, the night was filled with surprising flavors, beautiful details, and the kind of energy only a pop-up can bring.

I stumbled on Red Temper while exploring Nordvest on Google Maps — and it was delicious. A small Korean spot on Borups Allé, it serves up crispy fried chicken, refreshing hibiscus lemonade, and truly kind service. A slight order mix-up turned into a great experience, and the food more than satisfied my Korean craving. Not perfect, but definitely worth adding to your takeout list.
