Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases made through Nordvest & More, including walking tours, guided events, and other paid experiences.
1. Payment
All payments are made online at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
All prices are listed in DKK and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Bookings & Participation
Some events have a limited number of spots and must be booked in advance. Unless otherwise stated, bookings close 12 hours before the event start time.
Tickets are not personal and may be transferred to another person. Please ensure the person attending has all relevant event details.
Participants are expected to arrive on time at the stated meeting point. If a participant arrives late, the event may have already started or departed — the ticket will not be refunded in this case.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Under Danish and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities or events with a specific date or time.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, the following cancellation policy applies:
Special cases: For certain events where ticket prices are used to pre-order food, pastries, or other items, tickets may be non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation is made. This will always be clearly stated in the event description before purchase.
4. Cancellations by Nordvest & More
If Nordvest & More needs to cancel an event due to illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, all participants will receive a full refund. An alternative date may be offered, but a refund is always available.
5. Photography
Photos or video may occasionally be taken at events for use on the Nordvest & More website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the organiser know at the start of the event.
6. Data & Privacy
By completing a booking, you agree to your name and email address being stored for the purpose of managing your booking. Your data will not be shared with third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
Participation in walking tours and events is at your own responsibility. Please dress appropriately for the weather and inform the organiser in advance of any relevant health considerations.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
