Explore Nordvest: A Different Kind of Copenhagen Tour
Practical Information and Available Dates below
I’ve spent the past years exploring many corners of Nordvest — its bold architecture, its layered history, its local cafés and food spots, and most of all, its people. When I first moved to Copenhagen, I worked as a tour guide showing visitors the city’s classic sights. Now, I want to take you somewhere different — into one of the city’s most overlooked neighborhoods, seen through my eyes.
This isn’t your typical Copenhagen tour, and definitely not the Copenhagen you will find in the guidebooks. It’s an alternative Copenhagen walking tour through one of the city’s most overlooked neighborhoods, told from my perspective — one that’s curious about both buildings and bakeries, creative studios and corner shops, the past and the future. Along the way, I’ll share personal anecdotes, local recommendations, and insights gathered from interviews with residents and small business owners. Whether you're just visiting or you've lived here for years, I hope you’ll leave thinking, 'Why didn’t I come to Nordvest sooner?'
In August, I’ll be running my very first tours — and I’d love for you to join. These first ones will be free of charge, apart from a small contribution for the food we’ll enjoy along the way. It’s my way of testing the waters, learning what works, and making it even better. So come be my guinea pigs — the lovely kind — and help me shape what this could become!
Tours are walkable, relaxed, and full of conversation.
Expect a mix of architecture, community stories, and a few bites to eat.
I can’t wait to show you around.
